To order, please send an e-mail to auroreboreale-30@hotmail.fr  (don’t forget to indicate the references and the quantity for every article you want to order).

You’ll receive an order confirmation by e-mail + total cost and postage costs.

Payment to “Atelier d’une Fée” is required within the 5 days after the order.

After this period, the items will be put back for sale.

Your order will be delivered within 5 days after receipt of payment.

Prices are indicated in Euros and do not include postage (costs may vary depending on the size of the parcel). Prices will be indicated on your order confirmation.

 Withdrawal rights

As provided by law, you have within 7 days of receiptofthe items for exchange orrefundagainstreturnof the parcel. After this period no items will be returned or exchanged.

The returned articles must be in perfect condition (any damaged or dirty items will be refused).

Embroidery grids won’t be returned or exchanged in order to avoid photocopies.
